Approved Roofing Materials
The following materials have been pre-approved for use when re-roofing Tuscany homes. A submittal to the ACC stating which materials you plan to use is all that is required to conform to our CC&R’s and construction may start immediately. ACC approval of these materials is for appearance and esthetics only. Quality, strength, durability, etc have not been evaluated and are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Cedar Shakes
Used on original construction and approved for re-roofing. Thickness and grade are at the discretion of the homeowner.
